His line of thoughts is well understandable, but I believe that Kunda gives only a one-sided view of the situation. Similarly, Kunda mentions that Tech went through many management changes and is a tough, competitive environment ; yet we know little about how the organization has changed over time and came to constitute many hundreds of people at the time of study.
